Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions regulate rights, obligations and responsibilities of JoyLoop Game and users when the user uses internet service Company provides.
Article 2 (Effect or Change of Terms and Conditions)
- The Terms and Condition take effect when announced on the website or by email.
- Company may change Terms without pre-notice when necessary, with announcement through service.
- Users can request membership withdrawal if they don't agree with changes. No action within 10 days implies acceptance.
Article 3 (Rules Besides the Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified follow Telecommunications Act, Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act and related laws.
Article 4 (Definition of Terminology)
Key terms:
- Member: Person with utilization contract approved by JoyLoop Game with ID
- ID: Approved characters/numbers combination for identification
- Password: Verification method matching to ID
- Nickname: Member-created identifier approved by JoyLoop Game
- Suspensions: Temporary service restrictions
- Cancellation: Termination of utilization contract
- Point: Score based on participation/usage
Chapter 2: Contract of Service Utilization
Article 5 (Establishment of Utilization Contract)
- Clicking 'Accept' implies agreement
- Contract established after JoyLoop Game approval
- Under-14 users require parental consent
Article 6 (Application For Utilization)
Members must provide personal information in company-designated form.
Article 7 (Approval of Application For Utilization)
- Normally approved in order
- Approval may be reserved due to:
- Service facility limitations
- Technical issues
- Other unavoidable reasons
- Applications may be rejected for:
- False names
- Under-14 without parental consent
- Using others' identities
- False information
- Application purpose violates public order
- Uncertain contact information
- Other prerequisite failures
- Refusals will be notified when possible
- Re-application with same info within 90 days of termination not accepted
Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
- Company respects member privacy
- Information collected for service purposes
- Information not shared with third parties without consent, except:
- Telecommunications fee settlement
- Statistical/research purposes (anonymized)
- Legal investigations
- Other legal provisions
- GDPR requirements
- Statistical data may be created from personal info
- Personal info may be changed when:
- Member requests
- False info detected
- ID/nickname contains private info
- Violates public policy
- Other reasonable grounds
- Retained for 90 days post-termination (120 for paid services)

Article 9 (Use of Personal Information)
- Minimal info collected, more may be requested
- Event participants' info may be shared with organizers
- Vendors may receive necessary info for services
- Info used for service improvement, ads, etc.
- Partnerships may be formed for better services
- Minimum necessary info shared with partners with consent
- Terms agreement can substitute for consent
- Members may withdraw consent anytime
- Talking data statistics code embedded (see Privacy Policy)
Article 10 (Change of the Contract)
- Members can view/change personal info
- Members responsible for keeping info updated
- Utilization agreement can be withdrawn
Chapter 3: Obligations of The Contracting Parties
Article 11 (Company's Obligation)
- Service typically available same day
- Continuous service efforts, with repairs when needed
- Legitimate complaints processed promptly
- Privacy protection maintained
- Contract procedures made convenient
Article 12 (Obligation of the Member)
- Must comply with terms and notices
- Responsible for ID/password management
- Must report unauthorized use
- No unauthorized sales activities
- No transfer of service rights
- Prohibited activities include:
- Stealing others' info
- Unauthorized info publishing
- Intellectual property violations
- Obscene/violating content
- Privacy violations
- Community disturbances
- Criminal associations
- Unauthorized data collection
- Other law violations
Chapter 4: Utilization of the Service
Article 13 (Range of the Service)
Members can use service with issued ID/nickname, with possible limitations based on authentication level.
Article 14 (Provision of Information)
Company may provide service-related info via announcements/email. Members can opt out of promotional info.
Article 15 (Point System)
Points may be granted/reduced per operational policy.
Article 16 (Fare, Payment Information or Settlement)
- Basic service is free
- Paid services clearly indicated
Article 17 (Members' Posts)
Company may delete posts containing:
- Slander/honor damage
- Public order violations
- Criminal inducement
- Copyright infringement
- Space/time violations
- Porn links
- Board mismatches
- Article 12 violations
- Other law violations
Article 18 (Copyright of Post)
- Rights belong to poster
- No commercial use of service-obtained info
Article 19 (Advertising and Transactions)
- Ads support free service
- Not responsible for advertiser actions
Article 20 (Service Utilization Time)
- Generally 24/7/365, except maintenance
- Possible time divisions with notice
Article 21 (Responsibility of Service Utilization)
No unauthorized sales activities, especially:
- Hacking
- Illegal ads
- Adult content
- Illegal software
Company not responsible for violations
Article 22 (Stopping the Service Provision)
Service may stop for:
- Equipment repairs
- Telecom provider issues
- Other unavoidable reasons
Notice provided when possible
Chapter 5: Contract Cancellation and Utilization Restrictions
Article 23 (Termination and Limits)
- Cancellation through online form
- Contract may be terminated/limited for:
- ID/password theft
- False registration
- Harming others
- Privacy violations
- IP violations
- Public order violations
- Service interference
- Spam/ads
- Virus spreading
- Illegal campaigning
- Obscene content
- 6-month inactivity
- Agreement violations
- Bug exploitation
- ID reuse requests processed within 90 days
Chapter 6: Damages and Other Matters

Not responsible for free service damages
Article 25 (Escape Clause)
- Not liable for force majeure events
- Not liable for non-attributable failures

- Not liable for member negligence
Article 26 (The Competent Court)
Disputes handled at JoyLoop Game headquarter location
