Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions regulate rights, obligations and responsibilities of JoyLoop Game and users when the user uses internet service Company provides.

Article 2 (Effect or Change of Terms and Conditions)

  1. The Terms and Condition take effect when announced on the website or by email.
  2. Company may change Terms without pre-notice when necessary, with announcement through service.
  3. Users can request membership withdrawal if they don't agree with changes. No action within 10 days implies acceptance.

Article 3 (Rules Besides the Terms and Conditions)

Matters not specified follow Telecommunications Act, Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act and related laws.

Article 4 (Definition of Terminology)

Key terms:

  1. Member: Person with utilization contract approved by JoyLoop Game with ID
  2. ID: Approved characters/numbers combination for identification
  3. Password: Verification method matching to ID
  4. Nickname: Member-created identifier approved by JoyLoop Game
  5. Suspensions: Temporary service restrictions
  6. Cancellation: Termination of utilization contract
  7. Point: Score based on participation/usage

Chapter 2: Contract of Service Utilization

Article 5 (Establishment of Utilization Contract)

  1. Clicking 'Accept' implies agreement
  2. Contract established after JoyLoop Game approval
  3. Under-14 users require parental consent

Article 6 (Application For Utilization)

Members must provide personal information in company-designated form.

Article 7 (Approval of Application For Utilization)

  1. Normally approved in order
  2. Approval may be reserved due to:
    • Service facility limitations
    • Technical issues
    • Other unavoidable reasons
  3. Applications may be rejected for:
    • False names
    • Under-14 without parental consent
    • Using others' identities
    • False information
    • Application purpose violates public order
    • Uncertain contact information
    • Other prerequisite failures
  4. Refusals will be notified when possible
  5. Re-application with same info within 90 days of termination not accepted

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

  1. Company respects member privacy
  2. Information collected for service purposes
  3. Information not shared with third parties without consent, except:
    • Telecommunications fee settlement
    • Statistical/research purposes (anonymized)
    • Legal investigations
    • Other legal provisions
    • GDPR requirements
  4. Statistical data may be created from personal info
  5. Personal info may be changed when:
    • Member requests
    • False info detected
    • ID/nickname contains private info
    • Violates public policy
    • Other reasonable grounds
  6. Retained for 90 days post-termination (120 for paid services)

Article 9 (Use of Personal Information)

  1. Minimal info collected, more may be requested
  2. Event participants' info may be shared with organizers
  3. Vendors may receive necessary info for services
  4. Info used for service improvement, ads, etc.
  5. Partnerships may be formed for better services
  6. Minimum necessary info shared with partners with consent
  7. Terms agreement can substitute for consent
  8. Members may withdraw consent anytime
  9. Talking data statistics code embedded (see Privacy Policy)

Article 10 (Change of the Contract)

  1. Members can view/change personal info
  2. Members responsible for keeping info updated
  3. Utilization agreement can be withdrawn

Chapter 3: Obligations of The Contracting Parties

Article 11 (Company's Obligation)

  1. Service typically available same day
  2. Continuous service efforts, with repairs when needed
  3. Legitimate complaints processed promptly
  4. Privacy protection maintained
  5. Contract procedures made convenient

Article 12 (Obligation of the Member)

  1. Must comply with terms and notices
  2. Responsible for ID/password management
  3. Must report unauthorized use
  4. No unauthorized sales activities
  5. No transfer of service rights
  6. Prohibited activities include:
    • Stealing others' info
    • Unauthorized info publishing
    • Intellectual property violations
    • Obscene/violating content
    • Privacy violations
    • Community disturbances
    • Criminal associations
    • Unauthorized data collection
    • Other law violations

Chapter 4: Utilization of the Service

Article 13 (Range of the Service)

Members can use service with issued ID/nickname, with possible limitations based on authentication level.

Article 14 (Provision of Information)

Company may provide service-related info via announcements/email. Members can opt out of promotional info.

Article 15 (Point System)

Points may be granted/reduced per operational policy.

Article 16 (Fare, Payment Information or Settlement)

  1. Basic service is free
  2. Paid services clearly indicated

Article 17 (Members' Posts)

Company may delete posts containing:

  1. Slander/honor damage
  2. Public order violations
  3. Criminal inducement
  4. Copyright infringement
  5. Space/time violations
  6. Porn links
  7. Board mismatches
  8. Article 12 violations
  9. Other law violations

Article 18 (Copyright of Post)

  1. Rights belong to poster
  2. No commercial use of service-obtained info

Article 19 (Advertising and Transactions)

  1. Ads support free service
  2. Not responsible for advertiser actions

Article 20 (Service Utilization Time)

  1. Generally 24/7/365, except maintenance
  2. Possible time divisions with notice

Article 21 (Responsibility of Service Utilization)

No unauthorized sales activities, especially:

  • Hacking
  • Illegal ads
  • Adult content
  • Illegal software
    Company not responsible for violations

Article 22 (Stopping the Service Provision)

Service may stop for:

  1. Equipment repairs
  2. Telecom provider issues
  3. Other unavoidable reasons
    Notice provided when possible

Chapter 5: Contract Cancellation and Utilization Restrictions

Article 23 (Termination and Limits)

  1. Cancellation through online form
  2. Contract may be terminated/limited for:
    • ID/password theft
    • False registration
    • Harming others
    • Privacy violations
    • IP violations
    • Public order violations
    • Service interference
    • Spam/ads
    • Virus spreading
    • Illegal campaigning
    • Obscene content
    • 6-month inactivity
    • Agreement violations
    • Bug exploitation
  3. ID reuse requests processed within 90 days

Chapter 6: Damages and Other Matters

Article 24 (Compensation)

Not responsible for free service damages

Article 25 (Escape Clause)

  1. Not liable for force majeure events
  2. Not liable for non-attributable failures
  3. Not liable for member-obtained info
  4. Not responsible for member-posted content
  5. Not liable for member negligence

Article 26 (The Competent Court)

Disputes handled at JoyLoop Game headquarter location
